SAIC Senior ServiceNow Developer in REMOTE WORK, District Of Columbia

Description

SAIC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/System Administrator with advanced expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM, SPM, and FSM. Initial implementation/configuration of SPM and FSM. Able to work in multi-customer environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform configuration, integration, custom programming, and other hands-on technical activities in relation to implementation of ServiceNow.

  • Implement ServiceNow customization's including: UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflow administration, integration, data import, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each.

  • Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order guides, Workspaces, etc. in ServiceNow.

  • Participate in full software development life cycle: Requirements, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Training, and Operational support. Participate in Agile/scrum process.

  • Serve as an individual/lead contributor and/or team member on SAIC ServiceNow engagements and other key client stakeholders.

  • Able to optimize schedules and budget based on priorities.

  • You will create, manage, and track workflows to ensure work completion occurs in order, on time and on budget.

  • Implement/Configure FSM End-To-End Data Tracking & Delivery of Products.

  • Implement/Configure SPM focused planning, scoring, portfolio planning along with managing goals, resources, and allocations.

  • Balance multiple scheduling priorities simultaneously.

  • Analyze trends with KPIs, metrics, reports, and dashboards for Field Service Management.

  • Product, Resource and Budget Phasing Projections in Strategic Portfolio Management.

  • You will perform day-to-day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions in ServiceNow and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team.

  • General support, administration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and associated applications.

  • Develop scoped applications that will utilize all the ServiceNow's platform functionality.

  • Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services, some potentially bi-directional. Develop systems integrations and process automation. Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience or subsequent work experience within ITSM environment. U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred.

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow development skills with 4+ years of experience in an enterprise-level environment.

  • Demonstrated experience with SPM and/or FSM.

  • Experience supporting the customization, administration, and configuration of the ServiceNow tool.

  • Experience with HTML, AngularJS, Jelly, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with REST and web services.

  • Experience in gathering project requirements and developing solutions.

  • Ability to plan resource requirements from high-level specifications. Strong communications skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in plain language.

  • ServiceNow CSA certification preferred, required within 6 months of hire.

  • ServiceNow SPM and/or FSM certification(s) preferred.

US Citizenship / Clearance Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required

  • Candidate must be able to obtain DoD Secret clearance

  • Active Secret clearance highly desired

Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
