Responsibilities
Ensure positive experiences for prospective clients
Continuously learn about the company and industry to enhance performance
Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue generation
Convert cold and warm leads into scheduled appointments
Generate and share daily appointment reports
Utilize CRM tools effectively
Maintain a pleasant demeanor with prospects
Provide clear explanations of products and services during appointment scheduling
Projects you'll work on
While not all positions may have specific projects assigned, there could be opportunities for project-based work, especially for roles that involve strategic initiatives, process improvements, or product development. Projects may vary depending on business needs and the specific focus of the Inside Sales team.
Day-to-day expectations
For Inside Sales roles, day-to-day expectations may include:
Conducting outbound calls to potential clients
Following up on leads and inquiries
Qualifying leads and identifying potential opportunities
Updating CRM systems with relevant information
Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and goals
Providing exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
Must Haves
Candidates should possess:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Sales experience or aptitude
Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM software
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Adaptability and willingness to learn

Salary Range: $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions
