Saint-Gobain Sr. Technical Services & Sales Representative in Remote, United States

What’s the job?

The ideal candidate will reside in the Seattle, WA area

The Senior Technical Services & Sales Representative will provide a full range of field technical support to their assigned region which will result in a better customer understanding and use of our products, reduce liability, build closer customer relations, and a reinforcing of the “expert” image in the market. This role will work closely with the sales team and Regional Sales Manager in identifying opportunities for business and customer growth through improved field use of CBI portfolio of products and systems and will leverage the field technical role for sales opportunity identification. This position will coordinate with the regional manager and local sales teams to implement growth strategies and will work with Warranty Services, Marketing and R&D on various development projects, national training programs and assist in managing our warranty program.

What do you bring?

  • 10+ years of training and experience that provides thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations and practices concerned with the field of construction

  • 5+ years of applied professional experience which includes managing customer relationships, sales presentations and closings of sales

  • Knowledge of commercial and residential construction practices

  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking

  • Good interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills

  • Excellent presentation skills with good written and oral communication
