Position Summary

Rimini Street provides support and software updates for regulatory compliance, taxation updates, payroll updates, as well as application fixes and much more. This position is responsible for building and managing the Rimini Street technical resources for PeopleSoft. This includes the development of tax & regulatory updates, code fixes, unit testing plus management of multiple developers across multiple scrums. This role will work closely with the Agile Coaches, PeopleSoft Regional Business Solution Managers/Directors and colleagues in PeopleSoft Quality Assurance and the PeopleSoft Documentation teams. This role is vital in providing high quality deliverables to our clients and keeping their mission-critical enterprise applications in compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Build, grow, and evolve a strong, cohesive technical group to develop and deliver Tax, Legal, and Regulatory changes and updates within an Agile environment. -Advocate an Agile mentality and work as a Servant Leader to support the developers and other members of the scrum teams. -Recruit, interview, hire, and manage staff to meet the evolving needs of the scrums and the growth of Rimini Street services globally.

-Be a dynamic leader and drive innovation within the current processes to drive ongoing evolution of practices to ensure the teams stay ahead of the curve in an ever-changing business.

-Communicate effectively across various organizations within Rimini Street (e.g., Business Analysis,  Quality Assurance, Account Management, Client On-Boarding, Support, etc.)

-Provide leadership and mentoring to all team members with quality, efficiency, and scalability in mind.

-Maintain high team morale by continually providing verbal and written recognition, corporately and in person, and keeping a close connection to all members of the team.

-Continuously consider and provide input on process improvements to maintain a commitment to the growth and scalability of Rimini Street.

-Create MBOs, perform performance reviews, and determine quarterly bonus percentages and then communicate those for all direct reports.

-Determine the training needs and obtain the training for the Developers.

-Approve PTO and Expense Reports for direct reports.

-Manage any additional consulting resources as needed.


Remote Florida United States


-A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred.


-Extensive experience (10+ years) with hands on product delivery of PeopleSoft solution. - 10+ years of people management experience - 5+ years Agile expereince - Thorough understanding of the Agile Framework and have experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment. - Broad experience across a wide range of PeopleSoft modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials). - Proven international experience.


-Ability to communicate and simplify complex tax issues in a compelling and business oriented manner to a broad audience.

-Ability to independently manage and execute multiple projects.

-Quick and dynamic thinker; ability to be creative, resourceful and apply out of the box thinking to problem-solving.
