What Will You Do?

As a Sales Representative, your goal is to grow Archisnapper sales, through retaining and upselling existing ArchiSnapper customers from the UK & Benelux region, as well as working with new prospective customers. ArchiSnapper, a Deltek company, is a fast-growing SaaS company and the global leader in site follow-up applications for architects, contractors, and engineers. The Benelux market is our home market, where we hold a market-leading position and have a strong name and reputation.

  • You will support, retain and grow ArchiSnapper customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solution whilst identifying opportunities to sell additional licenses.

  • Your proactive approach will involve solving problems before they occur, coming up with innovative ways to ensure the successful usage of our solution, and facilitating the purchase of additional licenses or services to drive larger sales.

  • You are not afraid to make calls to customers and you will also organize online and face-to-face meetings, provide product trainings, and represent ArchiSnapper at events, such as trade shows and town halls.

  • You will assist customers throughout their lifecycle, emphasizing the product's value to expand their accounts, building relationships, and offering support to maximize their product experience.

  • You will maintain close contact with other colleagues in the ArchiSnapper team to ensure effective follow-up and be asked to support new trial sales activities where needed

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Dutch and/or French with a good knowledge of English

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills

  • Aptitude for building relationships

  • Industry knowledge and 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS or software environment

  • Empathy

  • Leadership qualities, as customer success managers often assume a leadership role within the client success team
