AutoNation Headquarters Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Support Specialist to Join the AutoNation Team. This position involves assisting customers in maximizing their experience with a new digital product. As the first point of contact, you’ll address customer inquiries and issues promptly. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering and product teams, conveying valuable customer feedback and recommending enhancements to the product. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a high-quality user experience for our customers. Organizational Relationships: This role will report to the Manager of Product Support on the Digital Products team, which is responsible end-to-end for developing and operating new customer-facing digital solutions. Job Responsibilities (indicates % of time devoted to each): (35%) Answer questions about product features, functionality and usage from customers via email, chat and other channels. (35%) Troubleshoot to resolve customer reported product issues and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams. (20%) Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use the product while maintaining product documentation, FAQ’s and knowledge base articles. (10%) Collect and analyze customer feedback and suggest product enhancements. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product and/or customer support roles. 2+ years of experience of working with cross-functional internal and external teams. 2+ years of experience working with customer-facing software in app-based products. Experience with Zendesk or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Must meet company’s requirements for employment. Physical Requirements: Travel less than 5% of the time within the United States.
