Product Marketing, Vice President

Position Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that supports the growth and expansion of our value-based care offerings. Works cross-functionally and will be accountable for impacting solution messaging, pricing, positioning, and the go to market strategy. Acts as a strategic thinker who can quickly turn strategy into execution tactics to deliver with speed and with demonstrable results.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops, implements, and manages an overall product marketing strategy that aligns with the Lumeris goals and objectives.

  • Collaborates with cross functional team to identify and position key features and benefits, and of the Lumeris value-based care enablement platform

  • Creates compelling messaging frameworks consistent with the top line company narrative

  • Oversees market intelligence platform, conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities in value-based care.

  • Develops buyer personas and targeted messaging that resonates with key decision-makers and influencers in the market.

  • Create highly differentiated go-to-market strategy with key stakeholders and manages solution launches and go-to-market programs to drive demand, increase adoption and market share.

  • Prepares and delivers compelling presentations for customers, prospects, and partners.

  • Oversees the creation and management of product marketing presentations and collateral, such as sales sheets, solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

  • Partners with product management to evolve our solution portfolio processes

  • Partners with Offerings team to develop packaging and pricing around Risk-Based Medicare and ACO Programs

  • Develops holistic packaging of solution portfolio and risk based offerings to clearly present Lumeris capabilities and differentiation in market.

  • Works with sales teams to create a compelling value proposition and sales enablement tools.

  • Maintains a deep understanding of industry trends to inform product roadmaps and pricing strategies.

  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and support sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 15+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in healthcare or technology industry or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role

  • Expert knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, especially in value-based care

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of Medicare Advantage

  • Proven experience creating successful product marketing strategies and executing in a high-growth and fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and launching end-to-end B2B marketing programs with focus on demand generation and sales enablement

  • Comprehensive experience in product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex information across diverse audiences

  • Topnotch leadership skills with the ability to influence, mentor, motivate and manage a team, impacting common business goals

Preferred:

  • Master's Degree

The hiring range for this position is:

$175,300.00-$249,100.00
