Kedplasma Operations Project Manager & Analytics in REMOTE, United States

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and tracking of project(s) related to the delivery of goods and services including monitoring to ensure projects align with the company’s strategic objectives. Also, involves developing and maintaining strategic roadmaps, including conducting regular reviews, and collaborating with executive leadership and cross functional teams to prioritize key business objectives. Utilizes advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets, providing actionable insights and detailed reports for stakeholders. Additionally responsible to ensure project(s) are completed on time and within budget including operational oversight of the day-to-day execution of schedules, compliance, quality control, financial performance and risk assessment and mitigation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Core

Project Management

  • Leads and manages operations projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

  • Establishes project governance frameworks to ensure consistent project execution and risk management.

  • Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

Planning and Alignment

  • Collaborates with leadership to align data model initiatives with the organization’s goals, ensuring data-driven insights support long-term business objectives.

  • Develops and maintains an operational roadmap for analysis and initiatives, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities.

  • Conducts regular reviews and updates of operational plans to adapt to changing business conditions and organizational goals.

Data Analysis, Reporting and Performance Metrics (in Collaboration with Business Analysis Team)

  • Analyzes complex datasets to provide actionable insights and create detailed reports for stakeholders.

  • Utilizes advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques to uncover trends and predictive insights.

  • Designs and maintains interactive dashboards in Excel or in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.

  • Collaborates with business analytics team to ensure data pipelines are optimized for analysis and reporting.

  • Ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security across all data model initiatives.

  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of business operations and projects.

  • Designs and implements automated systems for real-time KPI tracking and reporting.

  • Analyzes performance data to provide strategic recommendations for business improvement.

  • Monitors and analyzes operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Implements real-time analytics solutions to provide immediate insights into operational processes.

Operational Analytics / Process Improvement (in Collaboration with Business Excellence)

  • Develops and implements analytics solutions to optimize operational processes.

  • Identifies and implements process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Works closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and provides tailored solutions.

  • Facilitates workshops and training sessions to enhance stakeholder understanding of analytical models and analysis outcomes.

  • Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on data initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

Education, Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical, advanced education (post High School) or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Management, or related field preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.

  • Three to five years of working experience in a biomedical field preferred.

  • Project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies helpful.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field preferred.

  • Six Sigma or Business Excellence (CBEP or CIBE) Certification preferred.

  • Strong proficiency in programs such as Excel, PowerBI, and Flexsim, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical methods helpful.

  • Proficiency in other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView is a plus helpful.

  • Experience in developing and implementing operational plans and roadmaps helpful.

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Use of fingers to type and / or enter numbers on keyboards, keypads, etc. along with grabbing object(s). Additionally includes, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily inside with well-lighted and well-ventilated areas.

  • Potential exposure to Blood Borne Pathogens.

  • Potential exposure to an environment with a temperature of -40°C for short periods of time.

Travel

  • As required and up to 25% to center sites, off-site warehouses, or other KEDPLASMA / Kedrion locations including overnight travel.
