Responsibilities

Voyager, one of the largest Healthcare Oracle Cloud and UKG Dimensions projects in recent years is seeking a transformative project manager to join the team. The role requires strong project management experience in cloud ERP solutions as well as experience leading significant process transformation and change management.

This individual will work as part of a small but highly functioning PMO consisting of associates, implementation vendors and contractors. The perfect candidate will be able to adapt to our unique mission based culture and operate independently within their assigned team. Approximately 50% travel required to various Ascension markets. Must be willing to work CST business hours.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the coordination, management and reporting of tasks related to 1 or more work streams such as finance, human resources, workforce management or technology. Responsible to comply with PMO procedures and integrate with team functional leads to ensure the work stream remains on time and appropriately resourced.

  • Engage with team members to include business resources, consultants and support staff to develop work plans, update status and prepare communications.

  • Prepare weekly status reports for team and executive level audiences.

  • Manage all scope, risk and issue items to ensure timely resolution.

  • Develop and manage project schedules.

  • Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements.

  • Participate in functional sessions to represent change management, consumer experience, risk and other non functional dimensions.

Preferred Experiences

  • 5 or more years managing Oracle Cloud implementation projects preferred, other cloud ERP implementation experience will be considered

  • Healthcare ERP implementation experience

  • Superior written and communication skills including ability to facilitate sessions related to workstream if necessary

  • Experience using Smartsheet and Google applications

  • Experience working with third party consulting partners

  • Experience leading large projects preferably in Healthcare

  • Experience in Human Resource project management strongly preferred

  • Understanding of full life cycle project delivery methodology including stakeholder and risk practices

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with constant changes

  • Bachelor's degree in a related subject to business, healthcare, information technology, strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage and collaborate with an offshore delivery arm of the overall project team, for both functional and technical delivery tasks.

  • Ability to drive innovation and support the team in thinking outside the box in looking to future state

  • Experience with organizational change management

  • Skills in influence, and relationship management are valuable

  • Develop project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy.

  • Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.

  • Develop, track and document all aspects of the project.

  • Define project budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.

  • Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.

  • Address and resolve project issues to ensure project remains on track.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
