Are you passionate about eCommerce and performance marketing? We are looking for an experienced digital marketing manager to join our high-growth and fast paced eCommerce team!
The eCommerce Marketing Manager’s primary responsibility is digital marketing strategy to influence the key demand drivers on two eCommerce platforms (or retail sites). This role will be responsible for two strategic eCommerce retailers. They will be an expert in their platforms and responsible for developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve annual revenue growth goals. This person will understand the channel P&L in order to achieve customer direct margin goals by driving top and bottom lines. This role partners closely with the eCommerce and brick & mortar sales managers to manage the account strategically as one dedicated team. They are the owner of the digital shelf on the customer platform and is responsible for ensuring DFC products earn strong search placement both organically and through paid media strategy.
Build partnerships with two customers to focus on strategic initiatives, key eCommerce metrics and growth opportunities
Earn strong organic and paid search results placement for top keywords for DFC products
Understand customer algorithm drivers to build a comprehensive plan for strategic growth
Lead Paid Search and Advertising as strategic levers for driving customer platform growth
Optimize content on retailer product detail pages for brand differentiation and increased conversion
Use analytics to understand platform trends and quickly adjust strategy to an ever-changing marketplace
Execute a test and learn strategy to directly inform advertising strategy, merchandising asset creation and SEO writing
Execute review solicitation and analysis to drive strategic SKU growth
Partner with the eCommerce Creative Asset Manager and the Customer Product Data Analyst to commercialize products
Partner with Sales Manager and Pricing & Promotion Analyst to drive coordinated customer campaigns
Education & Experience:
eCommerce experience in a consumer goods industry; With a focus on merchandising, retailer media, paid search (SEM), SEO and performance marketing
Omni-channel marketing experience preferred; Passion for digital marketing
Ability to quickly adapt and change to a continuously evolving market
Strong analytical capability – must be able to analyze data to inform decision making
Retailer marketing experience – ability to find consumer insights & inform strategy
Ability to forecast and effectively manage budget according to P&L goals
Collaborative mentality with ability to build relationships with customer
5 Years of Experience; Degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field
Analytical manager with a drive for results; Constantly testing, iterating and measuring.
Willing to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
A successful candidate will use data to drive a marketing strategy and decision making.
Collaborative teammate who can establish relationships, both internally and externally.
