Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies related to the organization's business operations.

  • Workforce management workstream on ERP project with responsibility for reporting & analytics

  • Contributes to a positive working environment by building solid relationships and working cross-functionally across the organization.

  • Workforce management within healthcare, to include workforce analytics, staffing and scheduling, benchmarking and modeling

  • Advanced analytics, excel, productivity management and dashboard build knowledge as it pertains to healthcare labor management

  • Partners with Ascension Technology (AT) and Ascension Data Science Institute (ADSI) to develop and maintain productivity reporting in Tableau and UKG

  • Advises a team of consultants in successful implementations of UKG - Workforce Central or Workforce Dimensions modules

  • Evaluates Ascension's needs and configurations that support business processes with cross functional knowledge in Payroll, Finance, and HR

  • Supports training and end user implementation

  • Organize operations to provide high quality cost effective services.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide staff in delivering services that meet all productivity plans.

  • Implement plans to reduce departmental turnover while maintaining high employee and patient satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and integrate services to achieve the strategic plan.

  • Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain quality control practices that improve departmental operations.

  • Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experiencerequired, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor'sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

  • Proficient in UKG Pro WFM and Oracle

  • Advanced-level knowledge of the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos Workforce Dimensions or Kronos Workforce Central) Advanced Scheduler module, specifically in the healthcare industry

  • Ability to initiate strategic solutions and practices that drive best in class results and gains towards how the solution will be utilized

  • Ability to troubleshoot workflows independently

  • Demonstrates ability to assess and solve problems quickly

  • In depth knowledge of hospital operations both clinical and non-clinical

  • Labor management experience
