CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect ServiceNow opening for our client in Dallas, TX.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and solutions.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, particularly Incident Management and Case Management, using out-of-box capabilities and custom JavaScript development.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, leveraging ServiceNow Flow Designer for process automation.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

• Perform upgrades and manage configurations in ServiceNow environments.

• Ensure the effective use of ServiceNow best practices for performance optimization and scalability.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Skills:

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform, particularly Incident Management and Case Management modules.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer for process automation.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, especially in the context of ServiceNow development.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow out-of-box features and capabilities.

• Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and application development.

• Knowledge of ITIL and best practices for incident and case management processes.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.

• Demonstrated expertise in incident management and case management in ServiceNow.

• Proven experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Flow Designer.

• Experience with ServiceNow application lifecycle management and integration with other systems.

• Prior experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions from inception to deployment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70/hour to $90/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
