CTG Application Architect ServiceNow in Remote, United States
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Architect ServiceNow opening for our client in Dallas, TX.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and solutions.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, particularly Incident Management and Case Management, using out-of-box capabilities and custom JavaScript development.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, leveraging ServiceNow Flow Designer for process automation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Perform upgrades and manage configurations in ServiceNow environments.
Ensure the effective use of ServiceNow best practices for performance optimization and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and maintain high standards for clean, efficient, and reusable code.
Skills:
Expertise in ServiceNow platform, particularly Incident Management and Case Management modules.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer for process automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript, especially in the context of ServiceNow development.
Familiarity with ServiceNow out-of-box features and capabilities.
Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and application development.
Knowledge of ITIL and best practices for incident and case management processes.
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
Demonstrated expertise in incident management and case management in ServiceNow.
Proven experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Flow Designer.
Experience with ServiceNow application lifecycle management and integration with other systems.
Prior experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions from inception to deployment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70/hour to $90/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
