Summary of Role/Position:

Seeking a curious, detail-oriented, career-inspired individual to join our fast-growing Sales Operations Organization as a senior sales analyst. In this multifaceted roll, you will use your data analysis skills to empower data-driven decisions across our sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations, the Senior Analyst, Sales/GTM Operations will be responsible for driving detailed analyses and creating recommendations around bookings forecasts, sales metrics, pipeline, and quarterly performance. You are a problem solver who can dig into the data and notice trends and insights that are valuable for assessing where our business is headed. You are a self-starter who can work independently once given guidance and direction. You are inquisitive and look beyond the ordinary and immediate request to drive insight and possible theories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform deep-dive analysis around sales /GTM metrics, forecasts, pipeline, quarterly performance to create actionable insights

  • Proactively make recommendations to improve prospecting and sales results

  • Analysis for next year planning methodology and activities

  • Help prepare Executive-level and Management presentations in Powerpoint

  • Suggest improvements, design, and test new dashboards / data visualizations to support strategic and tactical decision making for the sales team and our strategic partners

  • Work on special projects and key initiatives

  • Support management of Anaplan Sales Planning Model related to account changes and user access rights

  • Be the front-line partner for incoming sales data requests by triaging, completing, answering and when necessary, working with team members to build out new reporting capabilities

  • Leverage large data sets to identify and recognize strategies to improve sales effectiveness, forecast sales results and pipeline analysis

  • Handle ad-hoc sales operation requests as needed


  • Bachelor's Degree required (major in analytical or technical field preferred)

  • 2+ years of analytical experience (ideally in consulting, finance, or sales/business operations), 2+ years experience in sales operations with a high-growth global company, ideally in the SaaS space

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and robust analytical skills (formula design, pivot tables, charts)

  • Comfort with large sets of data and ability to detect patterns (data collection, modeling scenarios, clear presentation of findings)

  • Experience with collaboration across stakeholder departments (including finance, product, marketing, analytics, etc.)

  • Personal pride in the accuracy of your work and the way that you solve problems


  • Prior Anaplan experience, either as an end-user or model-builder

  • You have familiarity with Salesforce and other GTM Management tools

  • Exposure to Territory and Quota operations

  • Experience interfacing with sales executives and management
