SmartMessage Solution Manager in Remote, Turkey

What is the role?

This role will be part of the Project Management team and report directly to our Group Head of Project Management. Solution Manager will work very close to the Sales organization as well as Product Management and Operations. This role requires customer-facing and business-oriented.

What you'll be responsible for:

• The Solution Manager is responsible for driving fast and sustainable growth in SmartMessage Marketing Platform modules and services to address customer needs, product fit, and objectives.

• Provides support to the customer in product and technical (know-how and expertise) issues in the pre-sales and sales processes. Produces and presents the relevant solution according to the requirements. Provides timely responses to questions about product/integration from customers and listens if any, to requests and complaints.

• Provides technical leadership, guidance, and support in the design development and delivery of projects in the responsibility area. Assist project team as needed in the completion of assigned project work and deliverables depending on her/his special skills and interests and organizational requirements.

• In collaboration with stakeholders, conceive and execute proof- of- concept projects that show unique capabilities (value proposition) of SmartMessage Marketing Platform modules to clients.

• Takes an active role in the RFI / RFP processes and answers the questions and conveys their comments.

• Act as a link between our project/product and sales departments, making sure that SmartMessage is responsive to customer requirements and always has the best services to offer its customers.

• Defines and presents the best practice to reduce the cost of support.

• Hire and manage a small team of on-site support specialists, who will give support to existing customers at their offices.

• Travel to customer sites and works with the customer to show that SmartMessage Marketing Platform products meet customers' specified requirements.

We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

• The ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership;

• Good command of written and spoken English;

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment;

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the area
