Galvion Sales Operations Analyst in Remote, Quebec
PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES
This role requires proficiency in sales analytics, process improvement, and CRM management to effectively support and enhance decision-making across the sales organization. This position will be working close with Sales/BD, Program Managers, Sales Support and Finance teams. This role requires being in Montreal office 2-3 days per month or more often if required.
SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
Generate regular revenue reports and pipeline metrics to track performance against targets and objectives.
Develop Dashboard analytics: Create and maintain interactive dashboard to visual sales performance and pipeline status for senior leadership. Utilize data visualization tools to enable insightful analysis for decision-making.
Pipeline cleanup/ reporting: Review and refine the sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Forecasting
Conduct weekly forecast of expected billings.
Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budget plans by providing data driven insights and analysis. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align forecast with business objectives.
CRM Management (Salesforce)
Oversee the maintenance of CRM. Address any system issues and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems.
Implement CRM enhancements.
CRM reporting: Generate reports to track sales activities and pipeline status.
Sales Tools
Evaulate and manage sales tools to enhance sales efficiciency and effectiveness.
Other duties as assigned
Ability to work additional hours, as needed.
Knowledge, Skill & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Experience with Power BI required, SQL preferred.
Proficiency in CRM Software (Salesforce)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in the defense industry is preferred.
