Responsible for facilitating a cross functional agile collaborative team in iterative technology development including: Managing stakeholder expectations regarding target scope, schedule and budget. Removing impediments that hinder project progress. Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings. Monitoring the progress of the sprint. Helping teams estimate iteration deliverables and increase velocity. Managing development tracking system to include product and sprint backlogs. Promoting continuous communication.

Monitoring and helps improving team dynamics. Motivating and acting as the glue that holds the team together. Subject Matter Expert for agile methodologies and practices. FAMILY: Project/Program Management.

SUB-FAMILY DESCRIPTION: Positions in this sub-family are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Technical project/program management work requires the incumbent to have some foundational knowledge in the specific area in order to advise on scope changes, QA and other more technical aspects of the project.
