Job Description:

Brokerage Operations Specialist II

Locations: Remote | Alabama, Arizona, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming

The primary function of the Brokerage Operations Specialist is to support processing for mutual fund trading and distribution calculation. This position will require research, analysis, and response to a variety of situations and making critical decisions in a time constrained environment. A successful candidate will possess superior decision making, time management, and communication skills as well as a keen attention to detail. The best candidates will have the ability to think out of the box, to navigate complex internal processes and functions, and be able to offer practical solutions.

  Schedule: 12:00PM – 9:00PM CST

What You Will Get To Do:

• Secure daily mutual fund prices and accrual rates for nightly processing.

• Ensure that mutual fund trades are successfully confirmed.

• Identify trends and/or variables signaling inaccurate or delayed pricing data.

• Take corrective action to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues.

• Respond to inquiries regarding price revision information and guide corrective actions.

• Build and maintain a high quality and professional working relationship with broker-dealers, mutual fund companies, financial intermediaries, and internal business units.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Access required.
