Onsite Dental Business Marketing Analyst in Remote, Minnesota

Onsite Dental is looking for a dynamic Business Marketing Analyst to join our team!

As a Business Marketing Analyst for Onsite Dental, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion. You will be responsible for partnering directly with both the Business Development (sales) team as well as the Marketing team to build a more efficient and more qualified sales pipeline. This role requires a dynamic and tech-savvy individual with strong writing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to conduct sales prospecting and outreach activities. This role is currently an individual contributor role.

The Business Development Analyst performs all duties as assigned, both included and not included in this position description.

Role Accountability & Responsibilities

  • Researching and mapping of key sales lists, leads, and accounts using LinkedIn and other software tools to provide to our Business Development team with more efficient and effective prospecting

  • Conducting cold outreach and prospecting efforts to generate meetings and leads for the Business Development team (both employer prospect and consultants/brokers)

  • Developing thoughtful and strategic marketing campaigns consisting of well-written content and/or imagery to deploy to our prospect database without the need for excessive Marketing department intervention

  • Partnering regularly with Business Development and Marketing teams to collaborate on special and/or urgent projects

  • Assisting with conference and event support (both virtual and in-person events) to drive maximum promotion and participation in events

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM, track progress, and provide regular reports to the management team.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our onsite dental services, including their benefits, features, and competitive advantages, to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Role Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong writer, marketer with a sales-mindset.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role

  • Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).

  • Comfortable building presentations using PowerPoint and using Excel

  • Work from home and willing to occasionally travel for events/conferences/internal events (5% or less travel expected)
