Information Technology Strategies Full Stack Developer in Remote, Maryland
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Full Stack Developer to work for our company.
Summary:
Client Agency is DHS.
Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Will evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass DHS Background check (Basic eligibility requirements include: U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
Must have 5+ years of relevant experience.
Must have hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and AngularJS.
Must have hands on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
Must have hands-on experience with Java for back-end development.
Must be familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Must have hands on experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Must have knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker and OpenShift), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Preferences:
An active CISSP, CISA, or CASP+ certification.
An active certification in AWS or Azure
An active CSM or Agile certification
