Sr. Solution Architect

As Nuvolo's Sr. Solution Architect , you will leverage your core background and experience delivering client-focused solutions to drive operational quality and excellence within our consulting and implementation services. You will help our clients by implementing innovative solutions using a best practice development, documentation and delivery models while proactively identifying and closing project gaps. It is also expected that you will play a leading role in growing the business by establishing strong client relationships.

As Nuvolo's Sr. Solution Architect, your role will include:

  • Discover, design and implement Nuvolo solutions leveraging current and new ServiceNow features

  • Drive client workshops and lead process design and analysis exercises

  • Build credibility and trust with business partners to unveil complexities and nuances of the business and its processes

  • Delivers presentations to business partners focusing on takeaways and answering questions clearly

  • Architect, develop and maintain ServiceNow installations and future upgrades

  • Architect, develop, and transform our clients from legacy solutions to their new ServiceNow platform-based solution

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in related field

  • ServiceNow or equivalent cert required: IT Service Management, Certified System Administrator. Certified Application Developer

  • Modules Experience: CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Asset Management

  • Custom scripting experience

  • Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks such as ITIL

  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum

  • Industry Knowledge in Real Estate and / or Operational Technology Security preferred

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$195,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus . Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.
