BorderlessMind Oracle Database Administrator in Remote, India
Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with experience managing and maintaining Oracle and Snowflake databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle database administration tasks, including user/role creation and management, performance monitoring and tuning. Additionally, experience with Snowflake programming and troubleshooting is desired. While experience with data loading tools (like MS SQL and SSIS) is a plus, it is not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Oracle and Snowflake databases.
Create and manage users and roles within Oracle and Snowflake databases.
Monitor database performance and implement tuning techniques to optimize performance.
Troubleshoot and fix Snowflake programming issues.
(Optional) Utilize experience with MS SQL and SSIS for data loading tasks (if applicable).
Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle and Snowflake technologies.
Perform other database administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
Proven experience with creating and managing users/roles in Oracle databases.
Experience in performance monitoring and tuning on Oracle databases.
Working knowledge of Snowflake programming concepts.
Ability to troubleshoot and fix Snowflake programming issues.
(Preferred) Experience working with MS SQL and SSIS for data loading tasks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
