Position Title: Service and Install Technician - Traveling
Compensation Range: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

The Opportunity
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful deployment and installation of AGI fertilizer equipment.
The Team
You will work in collaboration with Service Coordinator and automation to perform a wide variety of services, such as installation, repairing and assembling.
Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting and training for new and existing customers, which includes but not limited to: Circuit troubleshooting, mechanical troubleshooting, automated program troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, ability to read and write electrical schematics.
Upload and download new or existing programming.
Training customers in operational procedures and troubleshooting
Assisting in the generation of new electrical panels and any other tasks related to automated
Travelling to customer work sites both domestically and abroad is
Must be able to field customer phone calls in a timely and concise
Must demonstrate and follow established procedures for safety and monitor safe work habits of others working in the department.

Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Electronics or related electrical
Excellent communication skills both oral and
Attention to detail, highly organized and (MS Office) computer
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
Electrical background with the ability to troubleshoot any circuit or programming issues.
Required to work in a team
