Senior Oracle HR/Payroll Consultant

We have an excellent opportunity for an Oracle HR/Payroll Consultant to join our growing Delivery team. This role is focused on Oracle HR and Payroll domains and focuses on UK legislation. Working and supporting a UK-based team, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation and progress your career.

About the role:

As part of our wider Delivery team, this role is focused on providing support and delivery of solutions to our Oracle HR/Payroll Customers. You'll work with an international team, supporting Payroll and HR modules within Oracle. As we expand and onboard more customers, you'll enhance your skills.

This is a flexible role in terms of location and can be fully remote, based part-time or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire, or in our offices in Hyderabad, India, or Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing solutions in Oracle EBS to meet complex business requirements

  • Providing support for clients supported by Support Revolution

  • Being commercially aware and identifying further opportunities

  • Identifying potential risks and assisting in the development of resolution/preventative action

  • Contributing to the development and evolution of functional and technical standards.

    What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in the HR and Payroll domain (UK Legislation)

  • In-depth understanding of Core HR and Payroll, Self Service, Absence Management and Advanced Benefits

  • Experience of RTI and Statutory Reporting, Pension Schemes, and Teachers MDC/MCR

  • Experience in configuring and extending Oracle HRMS and Payroll 11.5.10 through to R12.x (Work structure, Elements, Absences, etc.)

  • Writing/modifying fast formulae

  • Knowledge of forms and self-service page personalisation’s

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and BI Publisher Reporting is preferred, but not essential

  • In-depth documentation skills.
