About the Role

The Creative Marketing Specialist at PSI is a leading contributor of creative material and collateral to the company’s Global Marketing department. This is a dual role that reports directly into the Global Website Manager with tasks also assigned by the Senior Graphic Designer.

The person in this role produces high-quality graphic designs and templates and utilizes a strong understanding of branding and marketing strategy to run effective creative campaigns. The person in this role will also assist with ongoing updates to our collection of web domains.

This role is a full-time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There may be occasional travel required for events, meetings and workshops, but day-to-day this role can be performed remotely.

Role Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Manage and oversee the production of high-quality marketing collateral across various channels, including print, digital, and social media.

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand objectives of specific projects or campaigns and create effective marketing strategies for creative outputs.

  • Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials.

  • Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to others across the business around branding and creating materials, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the creative process.

Web Content Editing

  • Work closely with the Website Manager to update website content, publish new content, and modify website visuals.

  • Collaborate with designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience across all web pages, focusing on brand alignment, UX, and accessibility.

  • Conduct regular website audits to identify any performance issues or visual brand disparities. Ensure the website is fully functional across all devices and browsers.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Education to Bachelor’s degree level in relevant field is desirable but not essential, e.g. marketing, graphic design, art etc.

  • Strong practical experience in graphic design and creative services roles, ideally in a service-based industry.

  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Microsoft Office, and project management software.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to learn new processes and platforms quickly

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar), web design and responsive design principles is a plus.

  • Knowledge of video editing is an advantage but not required.

  • Experience of working in global technology organizations desirable.
