The mortgages and savings market in the UK is complex. Our vision is to be the most recommended technology partner and we do this by providing services and solutions that simplify, streamline and enable lenders and brokers to meet the needs of their customers and partners.

We provide innovative, agile, and open cloud-based software that connects lenders, intermediaries, and consumers. A payment service allows over 70 lenders to pay procuration (or commission) fees to any broker in the UK; Verification services are provided to over 200 financial institutions to check broker authorisation against the FCA register while also providing a website, Companies House and social media data about brokers into a single place.

About You:

  • This is a fully remote role, but you must be able to travel to customer sites (within the UK) as and when required

  • In terms of your experience, your attitude is everything, but we'd particularly love to see your:

  • Highly organised, proactive and target focused individual with a passion for building and developing key relationships.

  • An understanding of the mortgage market from a lender and broker perspective.

  • Ability to confidently present to prospects, influencing key stakeholders as required.

  • A real team player with strong communication skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing account management to lender partners for finova distributions solutions

  • Identify and qualify potential leads, engage prospective clients and build the sales pipeline.

  • Provide demonstrations to prospective clients, as well as refresher training to current subscribers.

  • Contract negotiation for both new sales and renewals.

  • Assist with forecasting.

  • Product Roadmap Development – Act as the voice of current and future clients in product development discussions. Gathering insights from interactions with subscribers and potential clients to understand pain points and desired features.

  • Promote and sell marketing proposition to third party partners and lending panel.

  • Onboard new lenders – Oversee relationship mapping, contract negotiation (with Legal), press releases and promotion.

  • Conduct annual customer due diligence
