Job Description Summary

As the Molecular Imaging (MI) Clinical Product Specialist, you will be a customer-facing clinical sales specialist responsible for working with regional product specialists to win business. Individual will operate with autonomy, as part of a clinically focused team, to support assigned regions to tactically engage to deliver sales results, achieve customer satisfaction and grow nuclear medicine mind share amongst the imaging sales staff. Territory: Southeast US.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Increase orders, sales, margin, and share through world-class clinical consulting, developing strong customer relationships, and clinical and educational support for regional sales team, local/national “show sites” and regional customer base. These roles require specialty clinical qualifications.

  • Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks like clinical demonstrations and product configuration recommendations. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Encouraged to use multiple internal and potentially external sources outside of own team to arrive customer-focused solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of PET/CT and Nuclear Medicine product lines, molecular imaging market practices, and industry groups. Uses prior experience and acquired commercial expertise to develop and execute clinical strategy as part of the sales process.

  • In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to prioritize daily activities accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of the clinical product specialist team integrates with the larger account community and contributes to larger account strategies.

  • While performance is evaluated as an individual contributor, communication with direct colleagues and the business about product design and customer focused innovations is highly valued.

  • Provides informal clinical and product training and guidance to new team members. Has the ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience).

  • Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) and/or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist - RT(N).

  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) within the assigned market. (Market: Southeast US)

Desired Characteristics

  • Clinical experience with radioligand therapy and supporting molecular imaging (Theranostics)

  • Positron Emission Technology Certification (PET)

  • NMTCB(CT) or ARRT(CT)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs and strategies.

  • Established project management skills.
