Location/Division Specific Information

This role offers 100% remote flexibility in France or the rest of Europe.

Our Value and Development Consulting Group provides strategic support in market access, reimbursement, and payer value proposition development to global life science companies.

Our team consists of 750+ epidemiologist, health economists, outcomes researchers, statisticians, market access experts and commercial leaders. Discover Impactful Work:

The Associate Consultant is a key implementer on all phases of project delivery, including involvement in business development, proposal writing, developing briefing books, discussion guides, undertaking qualitative interviews, analysis of results and presenting final results. The Associate Consultant can act as Project Manager on smaller projects with active senior Project Lead guidance and responsible for project performance. Contributes to practice building initiatives. Typically, a project will have leadership from a senior member of staff, project management from a Senior Consultant / Consultant and support from junior members (e.g. Senior Business Analyst & Business Analyst). As an Associate Consultant, you will initially be expected to support the project leader and take an active role in project management, selection and recruitment of interviewees as well as presentation development.

A day in the Life:

  • Support the Project Leader in delivery of projects, or the Project Manager in complex projects.

  • Undertake qualitative 1:1 interviews and dyads with payer decision makers and payer advisers.

  • Contributes substantively into analysis and development of presentation.

  • Support project team in delivery of individual projects – you will be typically involved in approximately 3-4 projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates solid understanding of different types of value evidence and their feasibility to implement

  • Completes sections of proposals or completes simple proposals

  • Contributes to thought leadership with creative research and insight, contributes to development of a point of view

  • Undertake the execution of the project, including the following tasks:

  • Support client liaison

  • Qualitative research

  • Analysis of research findings

  • Development of results presentation

  • Support presentation of results

  • Client feedback

Keys to Success:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience in a relevant subject

  • Pricing, reimbursement, and market access experience (2-3 years) either in consultancy or industry (corporate level),

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Previous experience in French market access projects will be welcomed.

  • Fluent in English and French (excellent writing capabilities).

  • Genuine interest and curiosity in pricing and reimbursement.

  • Personable, realistic, willing, open, team-worker and flexible.

  • Well organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Enthusiastic to learn and motivated to take opportunities to develop.
