Kemper Health Worksite Benefits - Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for growing an assigned region to achieve premium objectives that directly impacts profitable growth for Kemper Health Worksite Benefits. Markets payroll deduction employee benefit plans through Life and Health broker distribution.

Required travel on average four days per week in the field positioning Worksite Benefits plans, programs and processes via brokers, agencies and agents.

Base salary plus commission.

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years employee benefit sales experience required

• College degree preferred.

• A working knowledge of employee benefit plans and broker distribution preferred
