Summary

The Partner Ecosystem Manager is responsible for developing and managing a robust network of partners to enhance the reach and value of Celestica HPS. This role requires a deep understanding of the open network, storage and compute ecosystem, strong relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and manage partners that drive mutual growth and success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology partner strategy that aligns with Celestica's platform solutions business objectives.

  • Identify and prioritize target partner types, including technology providers, system integrators, and value-added resellers.

  • Define partner engagement models, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies for each partner type.

  • Set clear goals and metrics for partner performance and success.

Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Identify and recruit potential partners that complement and enhance Celestica's Platform Solutions.

  • Conduct due diligence on potential partners to assess their capabilities, market presence, and cultural fit.

  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that define roles, responsibilities, and commercial terms.

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support Celestica's solutions.

Partner Enablement and Support:

  • Provide partners with ongoing training, technical support, and marketing resources.

  • Develop and deliver sales enablement programs to educate partners on Celestica's solutions and value proposition.

  • Create joint marketing campaigns and collateral to drive demand and generate leads.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Celestica and partners.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to track partner performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and resolve any issues.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase partner engagement and satisfaction.

Ecosystem Development:

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive ecosystem of partners.

  • Organize and facilitate partner events, such as conferences, workshops, and webinars.

  • Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among partners.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role in the technology industry.

  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partner relationships.

  • Strong understanding of the hardware ecosystem, including technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Skills:

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Notes

  • Travel may be required for partner visits, industry events, and other business needs.

  • The position may require occasional work outside of standard business hours to accommodate global partners or urgent business needs.

Location: This is a remote position, with travel as necessary. We are open to considering candidates close to any of our US locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Texas, Arizona, Oregon or California as well as locations near major airports such as the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest and Pacific Coast.
