Position Summary

You will be part of a dynamic, motivated, and open-minded sales team, empowering those who strive for more across the German region. You will be responsible for selected accounts in the Buying Group cluster. The accounts are in no specific region but distributed throughout Germany. You will work from Home Office (in Germany).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

include but are not limited to the following:

• Strengthen and deepen relationship to existing retailer

• Elevate our Top retail partners to the next quality level

• Consultant of our retailer (Sell In, Sell Out, Assortment selection, in season management)

• create and update strategic account plans and set sales goals, prepare, and hold strategic meetings, cross functional alignment

• Strong analytical mindset - analyze sell through data throughout the season and take responsibility for profitability success of retailers

• Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products at Trade Fairs, virtual and 1-1 sell in meetings

• Deliver first class service level towards the accounts

• Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism

• Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations

• Follow company policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Highly self-motivated and well organized

• Effective communication and persuasion skills

• Strong people orientation

• analytical mind set and used to work with sales data and analysis

Education And / Or Experience

• Educated to master’s degree level is preferred

• 2 – 3 years of experience in the sales

• Fluent in German (C1 or C2)

• Very good communications skills in English

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Open to travel (about 50% of the time)
