Position Overview

sa.global Deutschland is looking for a driven Project Manager, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, to accelerate our growth by delivering quality projects and building strong relationships with clients. As a relatively young part of the worldwide organization, sa.global Germany is looking for a passionate professional who is excited to grow our regional business together with a great team.

In this role, you will be fully accountable for financial management, management and delivery of scope, timeline and quality. You will orchestrate a broad range of metrics to attain Key Performance Indicators, through others, proactively managing actions, issues and risks, including recovery efforts and resolving escalations across projects. Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, to quality, scope, and budget

• Develop Projects Scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring deliverables are feasible and achievable

• Resource planning and allocation - delegate tasks based on resources strengths, skill sets, and experience

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

• Track Actions, Issues and Risks logged on the RAID log.

• Track and constantly measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Analyse the successful completion of short-and long-term goals

• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis

• Regularly meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements

• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders

• Serve as primary contact for client enquiries and concerns throughout the lifecycle of the project

• Adhere to internal governance and project methodologies

• Manage project change and ensure change requests are approved by clients before work commences

• Carry out additional, reasonable duties as may occur from time to time as instructed by your manager or members of senior management

Skills And Experience

We don't anticipate you'll tick every box. We want to understand your core strengths and help you learn and develop in areas where you need and want to grow.

• Strong understanding of the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, particularly Finance & Operations

• Proficient in using DevOps, PowerPoint and Excel.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering Dynamics 365 projects with experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple geographies

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and oral

• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

• Demonstrated experience working with Agile Methodology

• Solve complex problems with creative solutions

• Strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally

• Analytical, structured, and methodical approach to work with creative thinking skills and exemplary problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills and confident in delivering presentations of technical content to wide and varied audiences

• First-class communication skills at all levels in German and English

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Business Management or equivalent education and experience is preferable

Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed
