Position Overview
Join the CCBS recruitment team as a BCBA Recruitment Specialist, where your expertise will drive the hiring process for Mid-Level Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a dedicated recruitment role with no clinical responsibilities, focusing on identifying top talent to join our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Resume Screening & Application Review: Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to align job requirements with candidate qualifications.
Skills Evaluation: Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for open roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews, collaborating with candidates and interviewers (self or management).
Best Practices Collaboration: Work with the team to improve recruitment strategies and interview techniques.
Onboarding Support: Lead the initial session of New Hire Training, introducing company policies and procedures.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver recruitment updates to the Recruitment Manager.
Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree and active BCBA credential.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, 12 PM PST to 4 PM PST (20+ hours per week).
