Equity Trustees Senior Associate, Operations & Oversight in Remote, Australia
As a Senior Associate in Operations & Oversight, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational functions across our extensive client base and managed funds within Corporate Trustee Services. Focusing on our Listed and Quoted Products, you will ensure the seamless execution of operational and reporting tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.
About the role:
Manage operational functions and filings with service providers and authorities.
Maintain accurate records and support fund-related expenses.
Document and update procedure manuals.
Provide timely data to internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Support the Senior Manager with operational needs for Listed & Quoted Products.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
What you need:
Experience in Financial Services and Fund Management (highly regarded)
Strong time management and attention to detail
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Good mathematical abilities
