  • Participates in the solution implementation from analyzing and configuring the Dynamics 365 application

  • Demonstrates experience in the use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology

  • Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements

  • Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application


  • 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM modules with focus on business modeling

  • 10+ years of experience with one or many industries such as: Finance, Insurance, Professional Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, HR, etc

  • 3+ years of consultancy and architecture experience with MS Dynamics ERP

  • Extensive experience working with .NET technologies, MS Azure

  • Expertise with MS Dynamics AX 2012/Dynamics 365 F&O out-of-the-box functionality

  • Expertise with MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Project Operations ootb functionality and implementations

  • Development experience with Web API

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript

  • Extensive knowledge of emerging software industry practice (SDLC)

  • Ability to perform impact analysis, identify changes to business processes, perform testing, and effectively communicate with business

  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management for Power Platform

  • Understanding of the areas of application programming, QA, database, and system design

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills

  • English: Advanced | B2


  • Knowledge of Virtual Agents (AI ChatBots), Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Other (not MS) ERP/CRM solutions experience
