The Opportunity:

CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an experienced ServiceNow practitioner to serve as an Architect supporting the modernization and sustainment of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success.

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our client's business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expertise in the ServiceNow platform and related integrated technologies.

  • Oversee the development efforts and integration with the code pipeline for continuous integration/continuous deliver, ensuring alignment with industry and CACI best practices.

  • Work closely with stakeholder groups, developers, and other teams to support the implementation, sustainment, and maturation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution.

  • Lead overall product/capability roadmap strategy and execution, to develop, maintain and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITOM and scoped applications.

  • Provide recommendations supportive of the organization’s strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.

  • Provide guidance and oversight on use case development and testing procedures, ensuring quality products are delivered to the customer.

  • Oversee development and maintenance of system design and operations documentation.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.

  • 10+ years leading solution delivery for US Government customers.

  • Prior ServiceNow leadership experience, to include implementing and sustaining ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprise.

  • Understanding of the US Government marketspace, with an emphasis on solution development consolidation

  • Active Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance if needed.

  • Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management, performing stand-ups and sprint reviews, gathering requirements, and creating documentation.

Desired:

  • Prior project execution experience on enterprise National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) programs.

  • Experience supporting Federal Government systems and solutions.

  • ITIL V4 Foundation (or higher) certification

  • Experience working with Jira/Confluence

  • Related ServiceNow and/or Agile professional certification(s)

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$104,200-$229,200
