Applied Materials Software Engineer Tech Lead in Rehovot, Israel
We are looking for a highly talented Software Engineer Tech Lead to join our unique development team. As a Software Engineer Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading our software development efforts, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our products. This position requires a strong technical background and leadership skill.

Our Group:
Development group of multidisciplinary products in the field of Semiconductors manufacturing process diagnostics and control.
What you'll be doing:
Leading complex technical activities involving several company disciplines.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance our software solutions and be a knowledge center in the team.
Identifying and promoting refactoring and infra when needed, challenge areas of design and code.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
What you should have?
At least 5 years of experience in software development.
Experience in C# or Java.
Excellent object-oriented programming and software design skills.
Excellent software development, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with good communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
Self-learning and understanding complex systems ability.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive technological advancements.
High English level
Advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
A proven experience as software development tech lead.
Working in an Agile environment.
Experience as a SW developer in multi-disciplinary products.
Working in a global company or large-scale High-Tech company.
