Oracle Director of CRM Strategy - NetSuite in Redwood City, California
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Implement a comprehensive CRM strategy supporting global Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams
Own and manage the overall NetSuite on NetSuite platform and solution delivery
Define a technology architecture to support company goals and build scalable platform solutions
Ensure successful delivery of new capabilities and solutions that simplify processes, increase user productivity, and enhance user experience
Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high-quality features and products on time, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and customer requirements
Serve as the voice of the business, capturing and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and partners to advise product decisions
Act as a key liaison between Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Professional Services teams, ensuring alignment across all functions
Work closely with Marketing teams to define go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with Development teams to balance technical feasibility with business priorities, ensuring efficient resource allocation
Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Requirements:
Strong ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels and job functions
Great leadership skills with a passion to upskill your teams
Proven track record of delivering cross-functional, tech-forward operational transformations across core functions (IT, Finance, and GTM)
Confident communicator capable of influencing peers, senior executives, and colleagues
Experienced with SaaS solutions, cloud architecture, and enterprise business platforms
Process-oriented with strong project and program management skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast rate of change
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or equivalent advanced degree is desirable.
10+ years of experience working in SaaS companies with a focus on GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) operations
Deep understanding of NetSuite
Experience leading large-scale end-to-end platform implementations and systems consolidations in a fast-paced software business using agile/scrum methodologies
5+ years at director level or above with a proven track record of building and leading successful technology teams
Travel Requirement:
10 to 20%

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
