Summary About the Position: Serves as a Program Integration Officer in a project/program office. The incumbent is responsible for integrating the activities of the Project Office and for interfacing with higher-level entities to achieve overall goals and objectives necessary to accomplish the goals of the organization. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 band encompasses grades 14 and 15 under the General Schedule (GS) system. Responsibilities Serves as Program Integrator for International Cooperative Program Project Office functions. These functions include systems engineering, test and evaluation, logistics, and program management. Integrate the development, integration, ground testing, flight testing, production, deployment, site activation, sustainment, and technical upgrades for a deployed forces, friends, and allies, missile system designed to protect the United States. Integrates activities of the weapon system acquisition and sustainment process for the International Cooperative Programs Project Office. Provides appropriate direction and guidance to assure those support requirements are satisfied by numerous cross-agency organizations responsible for providing technical, contractual, fiscal, and logistical services. Directs the activities of subject matter experts across multiple fields and multiple agencies/commands on highly complex, multidisciplinary work. Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Overseeing integration of multiple functional areas across multiple organizations; 2) Managing resources and schedules across projects/programs; and 3) Integrating and implementing strategic direction for vital programs with long-term impact. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13). Additional Information NOTE: This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS-14, step 10 base salary. Or, if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-14, step 10 level, the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
