MAG Lead Integrated Master Scheduler (Redstone Arsenal, AL) in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
Position Summary
We are seeking ahighly experienced and passionateIntegrated Master Schedulertoserve as thesenior scheduler for a14-personmultidiscipline acquisition, logistics,operations,engineering, and foreign military salesteamsupporting alargeU.S. Army SETA contractheadquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA. This keyleaderwillalso serve as the senior schedulerfor the contract,assistingthe Contract Program Manager withestablishingschedulingstandards andbest practicesacross theorganization.Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build,maintain, and analyze program-level IMS, including major milestones, deliverables, critical path, float, and schedule variances
Coordinate efforts related to the design, development, and maintenance of schedules,applyingvarious project management techniques (e.g., Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management)
Serve as program's scheduling subject matter expert, providing training and mentorship to program staff on scheduling techniques and best practices
Assist Team Lead and PM with contract deliverables and schedule-related tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
12years ofrelevant experience
Extensive acquisition experience supportingArmy aviation
Expert knowledgeinMS Project
Excellentleadership and mentoringskills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current U.S. blue passport and ability to travelfrequently(CONUSandOCONUS) up to5%
Adherence to and enforcement of program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual)whenworking remotely

The projected compensation range for this position is $80500 to $149500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
