We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including: Weekly pay w/ direct deposit Sick PTO 401(k) with employer match Exclusive Employee Discount and Gift Programs Employee referral bonus Flexible schedule We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of home and facility assignments, procedures, and treatments 12 hour shifts with 1.5x overtime pay – days, nights and weekends available Responsibilities: Provides thoughtful 1 on 1 care to client within client’s home based on personalized Plan of Care Redirects patient to prevent injury to themselves or others Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Provide effective crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques in reducing client stressors Support medical protocol to ensure patient feels safe and secure Requirements * Current California State License to practice as Psychiatric Technician (Required) * Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety, traumatic brain injury, depression and dissociative identity disorder preferred. * MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR 12-HOUR SHIFTS * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray, within the past 6 months * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience as a Psych Tech required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred. * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: Minimum: $30.00 Maximum: $35.00 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
