Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more (but not 100%) within the same geographic area as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of technical marketing strategy development, business development and operations management.
  • SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following: Business strategy; cross functional collaboration; project management; 1 year of experience in: Customer relationship management; executive communication; and education or experience in: manufacturing supply chain management; and Product marketing.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSSKK11697a), in Redmond, WA, is $208,000 to $238,000.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees also receive, per calendar year, up to 10 paid holidays and personal days (full-time employees receive 6 holidays plus 4 personal days; part-time employees receive 2 holidays plus 2 personal days), and receive up to 80 hours Holistic Health Time Off. Additionally, hourly/non-exempt employees accrue up to 80 hours paid vacation time, and salaried/exempt employees have Discretionary Time Off (DTO).
