Our team is expanding across Engineering, PM, and UX/Design as we grow our vibrant global engineering team, making fundamental investments to build the next generation of innovative and intelligent solutions for the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry. We are looking for a passionate and motivated software engineer to be a technical leader in the design and development of this new initiative leveragingDynamics 365,Power Platform,Microsoft365,and Azure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support features, experiences & solutions for end-to-end business scenarios over the full stack

  • Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and platform engineering teams to solve complex problems for building enterprise class business application feature areas

  • Accountable for the quality, usability & performance of customer-centric features

  • Debug and handle live site and customer reported issues

  • Effectively leverage data to guide analysis and decision making

  • Mentor more junior team members professionally to help realize their full potential.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a passion for building great end to end innovative and intelligent solutions with delightful user experiences. You should also have a proven track record of being a proficient hands-on technical contributor who has delivered features across multiple releases. In-depth experience with Power Platform, Azure Cloud is a strong plus.

In this role, you will get to work on the breadth of technologies across Microsoft Cloud including Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and various Azure services incl. AI etc. You will help build durable architecture and design and work closely with our PM and design teams to drive the right user experiences. You will be responsible for building micro services, developing Power Platform based solutions, and owning horizontals such as load/performance, CI/CD pipelines, telemetry for your feature areas.

You will be expected to work collaboratively within the team to deliver required features, drive resolutions to complex customer reported issues that span across multiple services, work through competing priorities, solve complex technical challenges to meet business goals, and maintain live site availability. You will also get opportunities to demonstrate end to end ownership of features with quality first mindset and collaborate across diverse teams of engineers, program managers, and UX designers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of software development experience in relevant technologies (C#, JS, React, SQL, cloud computing)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Web Apps, React, and a popular programming language like C# or Java, JavaScript

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • A passion for improving engineering practices and producing high quality software

  • Solid CS fundamentals and strong inclination for architecting at scale

  • Experience withMicrosoftDataverse(CDS), PowerApps, Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Commerce, or other CRM/ERP SaaS products.

  • Experience developing with Azure or other cloud services

  • Prior experience building business centric web applications

  • Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, debug client and service side applications.

  • Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills

  • Good communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check. This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
