ManpowerGroup Project Manager Tech 1 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Project Manager Tech 1 to join their team. As a Project Manager Tech 1, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Microsoft Community Programs and communities. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Title: Project Manager Tech 1

Location: Hybrid: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr

What's the Job?

  • Manage project resources and oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle

  • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements

  • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs

  • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing

  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

  • PMP or PMI certification

  • 1-2 years of experience in the field

  • Minimum 2+ years experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
