Providence St. Joseph Health Principal Engineering Program Manager IS - *Remote* in Redmond, Washington

Description This is a remote role. Currently we are unable of offer employment in the following states: CO, NY, PA, HI, OH and MA. The Principal Engineering Program Manager is for a dual role that requires: Strong Scrum Master skills - coaching and leading teams through continuously increasing their Agile maturity, Ability to oversee projects by helping teams to define, plan and track projects across backlogs, coordinate cross-team collaboration, build meaningful reporting, and effectively collaborate with external teams that may or may not be following any Agile frameworks. Our organization is not a software development shop and most work is with IT infrastructure. This would be a great opportunity for a strong Agilist who is interested in applying Agile practices to IT infrastructure, working both in 'product' and in 'project' space while helping organization to slowly move the balance towards the 'product'. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience 8 years Related experience; 8-12 years preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Healthcare environment.
