DescriptionApex Systems is working with a large organization to hire a Marketing Content Planning and Prioritization Lead. This is a long term contract role working on a video game marketing team. It is a fantastic team that is fast paced, strategic, and highly visible. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who would like to work in an Enterprise doing Video Game Product Marketing. Interested candidates please email your resume to sbolds@apexsystems.com *Content Prioritization– Own relationship with Content team, coordinate content timing and prioritization for titles entering, exiting, and reheat requests for existing titles. This includes informing all key stakeholders of dates/titles/prioritization on an ongoing basis, working with content team to deconflict and troubleshoot when issues arise, and being the one owner of accurate timing information for the team. *Merchandising Sync – Ownership of weekly content planning meeting with key stakeholders. Reviewing the status on the calendar and leading the teams through the agenda discussion. (Reviewing the Dash Twist, PC App, Cobra, Collections, Quests, BDE, Experimentation, etc.) *Maintain Asset Matrix– Update Asset Matrix spreadsheet to track the various tactics, specs, owners, and purposes that we use to market content. *Monthly Slides– Drive content collection and validation for monthly program slide, which overviews every major program running each month. This includes collaboration and coordination across numerous product marketers, to collect and confirm their information, as well as managing access to the slide, which contains confidential information. *Create and maintain Hero Title Decks– Drive ongoing refinement of format and content for Hero Title Decks. Create hero decks for each Hero title, craft recommended marketing plan based on title goals. Partner with teammates and channel owners to keep the plans up to date ongoing and keep Games PMs/stakeholders up to date about what is planned for their titles. Own process for collection of ‘proof of execution’ screenshots of live promos on key channels, updating hero decks on a weekly basis to ensure they’re current. *Coordinate Weekly Syncs with Games Team– As needed, drive scheduling, agenda, and meeting notes for weekly meetings with Games PMs for different publisher partners. Includes coordinating x-team to ensure key action items are requested/followed-up, *Channel Content Planning – Own relationships with key partners like the CRM team, helping shepherd planning for things like our bi-monthly newsletter updates. Coordinate with CRM team to understand needs, including collect/consolidate/de-conflict initial input and ongoing edits, provide CTA links, review and glean insights from data reporting. *Team Process, Policy, and Sharepoint Ownership – Maintain team sharepoint, documenting and uploading key partner, policy, and process documents. Onboard new teammates with SharePoint walkthrough. Ensure documentation stays up to date as goals, teams, and processes change. *Hero Content Marketing Playbook– Own ongoing updates for the Hero Content Marketing Playbook, including adding new scenarios, adjusting which tactics align to each scenario based on M&L/Best Practices, and socializing updates with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis. *Support hero content monthly look-ahead and look-back decks– This includes ongoing template maintenance, scheduling and note-taking in review meetings, input into the slide at kick-off as well as continued reviews with key stakeholders, and delivery of slides on time each month. *Best in class communication– Includes setting and running necessary meetings, creating and sharin
