Aston Carter Inventory Planner III in Redmond, Washington

Job Title: Inventory Planner IIIJob Description

We are hiring for 3 Inventory Planners, 1 for Redmond and 2 for Kirkland. The general schedule is Mon - Fri from 8-4:30 with weekends as needed and overtime available. You will manage metrics and daily reports generated for standups and operate on a larger scope for the business. Responsibilities include product resolution, working with leads, SOPs/documentation, utilizing Excel for root cause analysis and fish bone diagrams, and ensuring data consistency. You will also handle discrepancies between digital and physical inventory/parts, investigate issues, and work on solutions to prevent future occurrences. This role involves 50% data entry/collection/analysis and 50% physically handling materials and processing them through ERP systems.

Hard Skills

  • 1+ year of experience with process audits/fish bone diagrams/root cause analysis

  • Process analysis – analyzing inefficiencies in processes

  • Experience in aerospace/automotive/warehouse/supply chain or waste management

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables/vlookups/creating formulas) or similar tools like Quip or Smartsheet

This is a fully on-site position in Redmond, Washington.

Work Environment

While these are not warehouse roles, the Inventory Planners will work in warehouse environments and should be comfortable with this. This is not a typical corporate building setting.
