The main responsibilities include administration and processing of employee records, and payroll inputs (e.g., joiners, leavers, changes) for data entry, time recording processes, leave and compensation collection administration, coordination of payroll submission and vendor payroll output validation, validating payroll reporting and remittances to plans and local authorities, and other payroll and related integrated-HR tasks. The position will support payroll services for select countries with particular focus on Mexico and greater LATAM region. You will work closely with Benefits Analysts to ensure accurate reporting and setup of all elected and statutory benefits plans. Additionally, this role assures timely and accurate completion of all required payroll actions across country and vendor calendars and schedules.

Duties include:

  • Process payroll cycles across multiple countries, jurisdictions and pay groups.

  • Maintain records and process personnel actions in systems of record.

  • Ensure planned on- and off-cycle payrolls are accurate and processed in accordance to schedule.

  • Process unplanned/ad-hoc payroll.

  • Monitor group email boxes and disposition: solve problems, research, distribute and communicate, as appropriate.

  • Address and escalate incoming questions, as appropriate.

  • Research new requirements, jurisdictions, countries.

  • Vendor services performance and SLA monitoring, and invoice tracking.

  • Back-up support to other IHR team members for other payrolls / duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED:

  • Associates Degree and 3+ years of related experience

  • Business Spanish fluency (the last interview will be conducted in Spanish)
