Microsoft is seeking an Events Coordinator?to join their team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be part of the Microsoft Reactor team supporting community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Events Coordinator 3
Duration:? 6 Months on W2
Location: San Francisco, CA
Daily Schedule: 10-12 hours a month split over 2 days in office. 4pm-9pm PST - You Will be the EVENT HOST for 2 different monthly meetings, each meeting 5-6 hours.

What's the Job?
Provide the highest level of customer service to anyone who enters the Reactor.
Ensure onsite operations are executed seamlessly for two monthly events.
Collaborate with worldwide Reactor PMs and community groups to implement consistent events.
Build connections internally and externally to maximize impact.
Leverage best practices to evolve strategy and tactics for event success.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of overall experience in event management.
A minimum of 4 years experience with onsite event management.
Strong planning, organizing, and executing skills.
Exceptional customer service and solutions-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
