Microsoft Corporation has the following job opportunity:

Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Leverage theoretical knowledge of complex principles of technology to promote the sale of Microsoft products or services. Evaluate consumer trends and optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment ("ROI") goals. Develop business value propositions that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. Requires domestic and international travel up to 50%. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

 

*Primary Requirements: * Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other tech-related field. Three years experience in business analysis, application implementation and deployment, digitizing business workflow, and solution delivery orchestration. Experience must include three years of experience in each of the following skills: Customer facing consulting; End-user/Customer relationship building; End user/customer support; Solution Delivery; Analytical and Critical thinking; Project Management; and Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies.

Alternative Requirements:  In lieu of a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other tech-related field and three years experience in business analysis, application implementation and deployment, digitizing business workflow, and solution delivery orchestration, employer will accept a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in any field and four years experience in business analysis, application implementation and deployment, digitizing business workflow, and solution delivery orchestration. Experience must include four years of experience in each of the following skills: Customer facing consulting; End-user/Customer relationship building; End user/customer support; Solution Delivery; Analytical and Critical thinking; Project Management; and Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies.

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information:  The offered base pay range for this specific position (M056223337b), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $162,500 to $192,500. 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?  

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
