Job Description: Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Manage project implementation, which may include resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training of technical development and product planning teams. Telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, IT Management or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of experience providing technical support and customer service planning.* *

ALTERNATE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, IT Management or a related field, the employer will accept additional two (2) years of related experience providing technical support and customer service planning. 

SPECIFIC SKILLS: This position also requires: three (3) years of experience in Azure; and data analytics for reporting using PowerBI; two (2) years of experience in Strategic service delivery planning; One (1) year experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery); Customer journeys; Customer Relationship Management Software Suite; BI Suite; and DevOps Platform.  

Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (TSCBD17144b), based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $ 157,235.00 to $187,235.00

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?    

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
